This Fellow Session is a workshop session and will focus on future scenarios of the International Security architecture and implications for the Transatlantic Alliance as well as NATO. This session will be a dynamic exchange on various perspectives and outcomes for the future of international cooperation and new international alliances.
Moderated by Prof. David Rowe (PhD)
David M. Rowe is a Visiting Fellow at the German Marshall Fund and a professor of political science at Kenyon College, where he teaches courses on political economy, comparative politics, and international relations. From 2018 to 2022, he directed the Kenyon’s Center for the Study of American Democracy, an endowed, co-curricular institution of the college.
