Richard Kraemer
President of US-EU Alliance
Richard Kraemer is the President of the US-Europe Alliance and has extensive experience in managing programs in Afghanistan, Iran, and Turkey. He previously worked at the Center for International Private Enterprise and taught law at Jagiellonian University in Poland. He is affiliated with the Foreign Policy Research Institute and the Public International Law and Policy Groups, where he advised governments of Georgia and Montenegro. Kraemer is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is proficient in Dari, Farsi, and Polish.

Prof. Pamela Camerra-Rowe (PhD)
Professor of Political Science, Kenyon College
Pamela Camerra-Rowe is a professor of Political Science at Kenyon College in Gambier, OH, where she has taught comparative, European, and American politics since 1994. Her research focuses on the role and changing nature of political parties and party systems in western Europe, German politics, interest groups and their influence on policy, democratic governance and democratic backsliding. She is currently on sabbatical in Europe, where she is researching the strategies of European center-right parties in response to the rise of right-wing populist parties and working on a book on the fragility of democracy.

Lyudmila Dolgonovska
Chief of Staff of the American University Kyiv
Liudmyla Dolhonovska is a Communication Specialist with a PhD in Philosophy from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master's in History from Nizhyn Mykola Gogol State University. She served as an Advisor on Strategic Communications to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from July 2021 to March 2023 and was a Senior Specialist of the Strategic Communication Directorate at the Armed Forces of Ukraine from June 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, she worked as an assistant at the Ukrainian Parliament and was the Head of Strategic Communications Department and spokesperson to the Head of Luhansk Regional State Administration for a region occupied by Russia in Donbas.

Prof. David Rowe (PhD)
Visiting Fellow, German Marshall Fund
David M. Rowe is a Visiting Fellow at the German Marshall Fund and a professor of political science at Kenyon College, where he teaches courses on political economy, comparative politics, and international relations. From 2018 to 2022, he directed the Kenyon’s Center for the Study of American Democracy, an endowed, co-curricular institution of the college. He has been the recipient of several prestigious grants and awards. In 2022-2023, he holds a Fulbright NATO Security Studies scholarship in Brussels. He has previously held the Fulbright Distinguished Chair in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Innsbruck.
